Delicious and safe option for those with celiac disease! We had the beef and shrimp plates and shared the spam musubi. You can’t go wrong with whatever you order!

Great for celiacs. Knowledgeable about gluten. Clearly labeled menu. Food is delicious. I had the shrimp plate and the spam musubi, which were great, and tried a bit of the beef plate which I’m going to get next time. Definitely coming back.

This place is amazing, moat of the menu (that doesn't have bread) is gluten free. I had the beef bowl and spam masubi, both were so good I seriously thought about getting more even though I was completely full. 100% Worth the 3 block walk in the pouring rain I did to and from where I parked. 10/10 will be back the next time I'm in the area.

Wow! So many positive things to say about this place! Went here on lunch today after reading up about the entire menu being gluten free (except the sandwich bread), and was blown away by the owner and the incredible food! He was excited to see me when I arrived, asked if I’d been there before, and when I told him it was my first time, he loaded me up with some extra things to try - thanks, now I will HAVE to come back many many times for these incredible flavors! 🤣

Only thing I regret is not spending more time with him and being in such a hurry over illegally parking out front. If you haven’t been here, you need to race over and immerse in the spot on Hawaiian flavors typical of island culture. You will not regret it!

Broken mouth is the BEST! All of their food is GF except for things that contain bread. So even the Mac salad is GF! Amazing Hawaiian food.

Amazing Hawaiian food and have never gotten sick here. The owner has shared that they’re careful with making sure it doesn’t touch the bread (only gluten containing thing). Food is bomb and owner is awesome.

The only item on the menu with gluten is the bread for the sandwiches. All other items are GF

Food is amazing. I eat here at least once a week. Never gotten sick

delicious Hawaiian food ♡ the whole place is gluten free except for their sandwiches and the staff is very knowledgeable. I got spam musabi and chicken without hot sauce. would come again!
