I talked to the manager about their new gluten free pizza. They do not use a separate make table. They do not use separate containers of toppings for gluten free only. They do not have a dedicated gluten free oven. He told me they wipe one of the ovens out before cooking a gluten free pizza... (Not sure how you wipe out a 500° oven). I did not end up ordering one because of the obvious cross-contamination issues.
