I’ve tried multiple gluten free pizzas in the area (Celiac), and now I like Brother’s the most. It’s not too thin but not too spongy, and doesn’t taste like cardboard. Sauce and cheese ratio was perfect, onions were cut thin, and pepperoni was crispy. My only critique is it could be a little more done on the bottom! Surprisingly, we had a better experience with the GF pizza than a few years ago when we got a regular (it didn’t taste like we got a freshly made pie, which was disappointing). Note: unsure about cross-contamination during the prep stage.
I was told by someone that works there, that the gluten free pizza was homemade. Ordered gluten free pizza with vegan cheese. The pizza I got was a premade pizza, which I called to confirm after. They barely put any cheese on it. It was extremely disappointing, since someone directly from the kitchen told me it was not prepackaged. It is a very sad, dry pizza. There are plenty of places in the area that have homemade gluten free. I won't be ordering again. Only positive is that it comes with your own personal cutter.
Not s fan at all if their gluten free pizza. It is never cooked well enough. The crust needs to be worked with more, maybe if they added olive oil to the crust and precooked before adding toppings, it wouldn’t be so bad. It is a shame, too, because my family loves their regular pizza!
They have gluten free pizza and are flexible with different dinners. For me they made grilled eggplant and grilled chicken Parmesan instead of the usual breaded.
