Glad they give it a shot on a pretty GF-scarce island. Unfortunately it sounds like they only make one GF thing, a muffin, and it's only available in the morning because it sells out. Again, appreciate this! We were never able to get one. They did tell us all about their "low gluten" flour, but that isn't a possibility for us, as with most Find Me GFers I assume.

Symptomatic Celiac

The cafe on the corner on the main street in Eastsound is a good place to stop for coffee and a muffin. The 4 stars is because I was there at the end if the day and they only had a GF muffin and a high protein, dense GF bread with nuts and seeds, left, so I'm not sure what they offer GF for lunch. They close at 5:00 and aren't open for dinner.
