This is one of our 3 go to restaurants. Owners are very knowledgable since their daughter has Celiac and they make sure to train staff on kitchen safety. They have a gluten free menu. We always order the ribs, burger and chicken tenders with fries which are fried in a dedicated frier. Everything is made in house and all house made bbq sauce are GF as well. They also always have GF cheesecake. The turtle is amazing. We were even told they have dedicated lines for their cider so cross contamination does not occur. On the weekends there is typically a wait but it is worth it.
