This place is a mixed bag. When I’ve gone at lunch and dinner, the wait staff (incl a manager) has seemed knowledgeable and considerate. Last time I went at brunch they waiter informed me that nothing is considered gluten free because of cross contamination. Maybe it’s a brunch thing or maybe it’s a new thing they’re admitting/saying because of liabilities but be warned. They do take care and caution but if you’re a very sensitive celiac this place may not be safe for you.
