Review of Bryant Lake Bowl

Gfree menu with gf bread for sandwiches which is exciting but some concerning things to note. They include a few fried things on their gfree menu but do not have a dedicated fryer so they are not celiac safe. I also have concerns about their prep area. I live right next to this place and ate there frequently until I realized I was getting glutened every time I ate there even when I just got a simple sandwich with prepackaged potato chips. The food is good I just wish it was safe.
