Was offered salad without dressing or the salmon I didn’t bother eating there. 2 options and one being a salad without dressing is pretty sad.

I used to love buca they are a great family chain but since going GF I've had to beware as cross contamination is high risk and they Do not offer GF pasta at this time
For an Italian restaurant, they do not have any gluten free pasta. The 5 gluten free entrees they have come with sauces are not gluten free.
Food quality and quantity are good, if you can eat pasta.

While they do have a very small gluten free menu they failed to tell my husband and I that they serve family size portions. They refused for us to order small sizes since my non celiac husband can't eat that much. The service was poor, they didn't really care.
They were knowledgeable and kind. They do have a GF menu. I ordered garlic bread, a salad and pasta with cheese and red sauce. The food was good, especially the salad, the bread a on the dry side.
Asked if they have gluten free options and the waiter told me “ this is an italian restaurant…” and laughed in my face .
Their GF menu consists of grilled chicken and vegetables….thats it. Super disappointing.
The caprese salad and the chopped antipasti salad are fan favs. Then we thoroughly enjoyed the salmon sorrento.. all GF.
