They were very friendly about my questions but I don't think they were very well informed. First I asked if they knew what was safe for someone who had a severe gluten and dairy intolerance and they did say they couldn't guarantee anything which was very honest. But then told me that the chicken and steak were safe. I asked if either had soy sauce in them and they said oh yeah in the marinade. So if you are actually celiac or have a high level sensitivity to gluten there's not much on the menu you can eat.

Their app is awesome! Allows you to choose any burrito as a bowl and choose ingredients, the add Gluten allergy. I have eaten here more than a dozen times without any gluten reaction!

Bueno is a regular go-to for me. The burrito bowls are excellent and highly customizable. The corn tortillas on the soft tacos are a little fragile, but they always give me two per taco just in case. If ordering online, you can mark your order as being for someone with a gluten allergy and they take precautions.

Menu items are marked as GF. I went with a steak salad to be safer as I was nervous about the tortillas. Staff was somewhat uneducated so it was a gamble. The food was relatively good, but definitely not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Didn’t get sick but also can’t really recommend.
