My wife is celiac and we had heard from a friend who is also celiac that this BWW does an excellent job. They were right. We told our server and a manager came out to discuss things with us. Their traditional wings have their own deep fryer that is a gluten free fryer. They were also able to drop fries in that fryer, since it wasn’t that busy (note: they dropped the fries first, without the wings, so those came out early like an appetizer). So my wife and I split a basket of fries and 20 wings. The staff was helpful and cognizant off cross contamination. If you’re celiac and craving wings, this is a great place to go.
Yes
Their traditional wings and most of the sauces are gluten free. So is their ranch! I've had their tator tots and they were fine as well. Please note that I do not have issues with cross contamination so I can't speak on that issue.

Separate fryer for gf wings and fries. Just make note in order.

Ordered nachos because they were corn but didn't realize that they made them in house and they do not have a dedicated fryer. Definitely had a reaction. Extremely limited salad options. Almost everything fried in the same fryers. Be very careful.

Some wings sauces are GF but the server needs to check for you since there is no GF menu. Wife is pretty sensitive to gluten and we have eaten here dozens of times, so confidence is high and it is our go-to for wings.

I got extremely sick once, eating something they claimed was gluten free. I will never go back again.
