They now have a dedicated fryer for the traditional wings and also buffalo chips. You have to request that your order be made using the dedicated fryer and your order should come out with a purple sticker on it. Not all of the staff is familiar with it. If not, ask to speak with a manager. I am Celiac and I eat there regularly. Haven’t had any issues that I know of. Most of the wing flavors are gluten free but there are a few that are not.
