They have an allergen menu listing all of the allergens plus anything cross contaminated. All fried food would be cross contaminated but I did get the naked tenders, which are grilled, and then a side salad. The good runner brought mine out first and was wearing gloves. The waitress was very helpful.

They said they had some GF wings but the cross contamination made me wish I never tried this place!!! Food and drinks aren’t all that good and service even worse!!! Made all arrangements ahead for a birthday and unfortunately nothing was set… all I can say is GF or not mark this place off your list.

I finally had to stop eating here when I got sick from cross contamination. I wish they had a dedicated fryer for the regular wings and fries. I miss their wings😢

I don’t understand the reviews that say this place is safe. I’m reading their Allergen & Preparation guide right now, and the reviews are not in alignment with their published information. Per the guide:
“Normal kitchen operations often involve shared cooking, preparation areas and tools; for that reason the possibility and risk exists for allergen-containing food items to come in contact with other food products. FOR EXAMPLE: • We do not use separate fryers; due to this use of shared fryers there is the potential for allergen cross-contact between fried foods. • Our Traditional, Boneless and Cauliflower Wings are fried then sauced or seasoned in the same bowls. • We grill many items that contain allergens, therefore cross-contact may occur during the grilling process. Buffalo Wild Wings® has received allergen information from our approved manufacturers and does not guarantee its accuracy other than as compiled. It is possible that ingredient changes and substitutions may occur due to the differences in regional suppliers, recipe revisions and/or preparation techniques. Some menu offerings may vary by restaurant and may not be available at all locations; test products, test recipes, limited time offers, or regional items may not be included.”
Additionally, the traditional wings are explicitly marked as may contain gluten. You can find all this information in their guide here:

I have celiac and am very sensitive to cross contamination. I have eaten at Buffalo Wind Wings before in Idaho and have never gotten sick, but this location did cross contamination me and got me sick.

No gluten free menu as disclosed and waitress had to ask manager about anything gluten free. Did not even offer a gluten free bun. Huge disappointment
