Most Buffalo Wild Wings have a separate fryer for fries and traditional wings, which are gluten free. I called and spoke with the manager to make sure, since two of us have celiac. He told me that this location puts all appetizers, including breaded ones, in the same fryer and that the usually safe traditional wings are in the same fryer as other breaded products. Bottom line, if you are celiac or particularly sensitive, do NOT go to this location!

This Bdubs has a separate fryer for gf! Only the traditional wings. Ask for your sauce on the side so your wings don’t get mixed in the same bowl as the others. The bartender did have to ask the manager some questions but I appreciated the effort and my food was as good as bdubs gets haha

I always eat the traditional wings with the mild sauce and they must be gluten-free because I never have problems afterwards. I have also eaten the salad with the buffalo chicken and it has been fine for me

Our waitress was very helpful with my allergies (more than only gluten: dairy, egg, mustard). She even went to the kitchen before I ordered to let them know so they could get to cleaning a space to make my food. She came back and forth after bringing me the allergy book, reading labels, and talking to the cook and manager to help me. I had the naked tenders, Guacamole, chips, and she even made me my own dip!

They have a dedicated GF fryer for wings and fries. Most of the wing sauces are GF. They can provide an allergen binder to confirm the options. We have been several times with no problems.
