They baked the wings - takes about 45 minutes but they were really good. A treat for my son! We also ordered nachos and they were gf. Many of the wings sauces are gf. Waitress was somewhat knowledgeable. But she did go and ask the kitchen questions. My son did not have a reaction after. We’d try it again.
Yes
Wings are not fried in dedicated fryer. Be careful. Only GF thing is nachos, maybe. Not knowledgable staff either.
No
Always a great option for gluten free! Traditional wings have many gf sauce options and the naked tenders are another option as well! Also serve gf beer and cider which is a plus!
best traditional wings! most of the sauces are gluten free. there are a few more gf options, but you mostly go to bww for wings
Not at all celiac safe and cross contamination nightmare. Can eat a salad.

This place is NOT celiac friendly! No gf menu, very limited options and the staff is mostly clueless about gf

Went for dinner last night, I have eaten at many other Buffalo wild wings with no issue, but was informed that all of their fryers share a common pool for oil so it is not safe for cross-contamination

This is the only BWW we have found that will cater to my sons celiac needs. You can get bone-in wings and they can fry your fries/tots in the wing fryer to make them gluten free. Only traditional wings are done in the wing fryer. Have to be very vocal about your needs but my son has never gotten sick from this location. Other locations will not do this.

I had a good experience there. The waitress was not super aware at first but they have an ‘allergy’ menu and I was able to choose food from that safely. They have a dedicated fryer.
