The waitress assured me that they take allergies very seriously and that the traditional wings were fried separately so they were gluten free. They also said that the kitchen will change gloves and toss the wings in a separate bowl. I was able to look up what sauces were gluten free on their website. My wings came out marked as an allergy order. They were delicious and I had no reaction. Very nice experience especially for being in an airport. Shared frier so no gf fries or chips.

This location does not have GF wings. They offer grilled chicken strips. They do fry their fries separately
Dined in with friends and we all got bone-in wings. Food was definitely cross contaminated and did make me sick.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu

They have an allergen menu listing all of the allergens plus anything cross contaminated. All fried food would be cross contaminated but I did get the naked tenders, which are grilled, and then a side salad. The good runner brought mine out first and was wearing gloves. The waitress was very helpful.

I haven't been here yet, but I have been t o the chain safely before. I just had a very encouraging phone call with an employee who was well-versed in best practices to avoid cross contamination. In short, the traditional wings can be fried in a gluten free fryer, and while the fries are technically gluten free, tots are a better choice as they are not put in bins that might also have held (non gf) onion rings.
Manager came out to verify I knew the risks of cross contamination, what items were made in their dedicated fryer, and brought us the companies allergy list to verify what items did not contain any gluten.
