I've eaten here many times, never gotten sick. They have an allergen menu online, and can ask in restaurant for one.

I have been here many times and eat the barbecue chicken salad, I was told today that the honey barbecue sauce has switched manufacturers and is no longer gluten free. They did tell me that they now have a dedicated fryer for the wings so that I can get them with no problem

They have no understanding of gluten sensitivity. Condiments is about all I can eat here.

Great wings. Fries are gluten free but not the potato wedges. Everything is fried in the same oil so there is cross contamination if you have celiac.

They were very conscientious about my Celiac disease. I ordered the naked tenders and they wrapped them in foil and baked them so they wouldn’t get cross-contaminated. I will be back again and again.

Nothing, not even the salad is GF here, except traditional wings. Epic fail

While my family found food that was acceptable to them I got foods off their online menu that were listed as not having gluten. I ate my food but before leaving the restaurant I got sick. I would say this place is not Gluten free friendly.

Use the same fryer, says they are gluten friendly not gluten free.

The staff was sympathetic to the allergy but this app is what’s mostly getting the 2 stars. If something is fried in the same oil as an item containing gluten, it’s contaminated. Everything at BWW is fried in the same oil. Maybe some people are more sensitive than others, but this is FAR from Celiac Friendly when it comes to the risk of cross contamination.

I saw that various chains have allergen menus and knowledge on how to treat allergies but at this location the hostess told me “everything we sell here is gluten” which is ridiculous. Obviously their staff is completely untrained and I don’t want to have to coach somebody how to treat a gluten allergy. There was no mention of allergens on the menu so we walked out. Don’t waste your time here.

NOT GLUTEN FREE. SHARED FRYERS.

These folks are prepared with a thorough allergen list. Their fryers are not gluten free, but they were knowledgeable about what menu items did and didn't contain gluten and brought our food to the table with gloved hands.

Favorite gluten free wing place. I love all the options.

Very good waitress, knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of GF items. No bun for the burger but I personally don’t care. Overall very helpful people. Manager helped answer additional allergen questions for us (wife has egg and wheat allergy).

They have a special menu for gluten free. Ordered wings and it was good. No reaction.

Good food. Great service with my gluten issues. The waiter took it very serious. Would of put 5 stars but they were packed so service was slow and they ran out of cups but food was still good.

They have dedicated “baskets” for the traditional wings and fries but they are still fried in the same oil as the breaded items. The manager here was not very helpful, friendly, or empathetic. My server was very nice and took the time to try and answer all of my questions. I ended up getting naked tenders tossed in buffalo sauce and a side salad.

Not a good idea. Everything is fried in the same fryers.

I stick to naked tenders and all but 2 sauces are GF. I also do the Sante Fe salad. It seems some locations may have a dedicated fryer, but not sure.

The staff told me they had a dedicated fryer and which items were gluten free when they weren’t! While eating I began not feeling well and asked the staff again if it was made in a dedicated fryer and that the food i order were gf and said they weren’t! Definitely won’t be coming back again.

Based on the last review about the dedicated fryer, we were excited! But, the allergen list on line indicates there are not dedicated fryers. When I called, I asked if the traditional wings had a dedicated fryer and I was told yes. When I pushed, the dedicated fryer is also used for boneless wings, which are breaded and not gluten free based on their alleged list. So it’s not dedicated. No wings for us (we didn’t go so I can’t speak to any other food options).

Desert heat dry rub traditional wings are the best anywhere. The staff is excellent, and Tuesdays are half price traditional wings.

So I am giving it four stars because you really only have one option if you are celiac (no designated fryer for bone-in wings or fries). the naked tenders. But you can get any sauce minus two. That being said, the chicken was cooked to perfection and my waiter was AMAZING. He brought my meal out separate as well as all of the dipping sauces I asked for. I normally would not suggest a place with so few of options but I felt so taken care of. If you are gluten intolerant you have tons of options.

0 stars. Ate here twice and got EXTREMELY SICK!!! I had everything that was “gluten free” and still.. not good.

Do have an allergen menu I'm not sure what went wrong, I asked our server to let the kitchen know I was GF but I still left sick. I ordered plain grilled chicken strips but they tasted like they had lemon pepper seasoning on them so perhaps they were cooked on a shared surface.

Ordered naked tenders, medium sauce, salad with no croutons or bread, ranch, celery sticks with blue cheese dip. Glutened today with swelling, joint pain and facial numbness etc... Was told the area will be wiped clean for preparation so had high hopes.

The manager told me they have specific friers for the bone in wings and the fries so both are safe. Cider to drink too. Great meal!

One star because app requires at least 1 star. Deserves 0.

Staff was knowledgeable and able to accommodate GF items. I ordered the bone-in wings with carrots/celery. Plenty of flavors to pick from. I did not have any issues. Be sure to speak with your server and ask questions to ensure their practices haven’t changed. They explained they label your food and make an announcement in the kitchen when an allergy order occurs.

Only item I felt safe with was Naked Tenders. It was literally a grilled chicken breast cut into 4 pieces. Not seasoned at all but many sauces to choose from that are GF. Brought my own chips. Staff was GREAT tho, brought mine out separate. Meal was very average but safe.

Pretty much nothing available. Staff told me the fries would be gluten free - turned out they share the same fryer as everything else. I'd go somewhere else.

I eat here regularly and have never had a reaction. The original wings are all fried in a dedicated fryer and only 3 of the sauces aren’t gluten free. Lots of options and open late, definitely recommend.

Never gotten sick from here before. I don’t mind the fact that we can only get bone-in wings! It would be cool if they made some gluten free boneless wings though!!

Almost no options. Everything is fried in the same oil. Naked tenders are only option. Staff very friendly, just limited choices.

As soon as I told the waitress I have celiac disease she brought the manager to the table. They had a booklet that identified the allergens in the items on their menu. If you order the traditional wings, it is fried in a dedicated fryer. Stevie, the manager, made sure my order was handled properly and my order came out with a purple sticker to signify GF. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I had no bad reactions. AAAA++++++. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings!!

No options. You’d think wing place could pull of GF but Buffalo Wild Wings has no desire to do so.

The staff was not aware that other locations will bake the wings for you so you don’t get cross-contamination, the manager came over and spoke to me and they went ahead and baked the wings for me.

I have gotten sick every time I have eaten there. A friend of mine worked in the kitchen there and she said it was because everything cross-contaminated and there was no way to avoid it with how they prepped the food.

I asked for a gluten free menu. Took 3 of them 5 minutes to find one. She handed it to me and just stood there. I said I would like to have a table. She put me at a table and nobody bothered coming back. After 20 minutes I got up and left.

The bartender/server Nathan was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests. They have a completely separate fryer that they use for GF requests. Great nachos!

Was just there this weekend. I was told they DO have a dedicated gf fryer and I haven’t gotten sick. Love their traditional wings, fries and nachos!
