No measures are taken for cross-contamination, there is no information on what food on the menu contains gluten, and staff are useless and ignorant. I was going to order a burger but it turns out (after a painfully long time waiting) they offer no gluten free bun. Then, I ordered the special of the night (boneless wings). When I realized the dumb mistake (the breading on the boneless wings contain gluten) we flagged down the server and asked to change it due to my gluten allergy. They said "no", outraged we would even ask. Then when they brought the food out I explained I couldn't eat it and got as a response "oh, do you want to order something else?" It was the worst experience ever and ended up going hungry after sitting in a restaurant for almost an hour.

The wings always make my stomach hurt and I’m not sure why, but I always stick to the Dirty Dub Tots. They’re so good and I asked them to bake them in the oven because they don’t have a dedicated fryer. I haven’t gotten sick and they’re delicious!

Traditional Wings are great!
UPDATE: The fryer is dedicated only if they aren’t busy. So not really separate lmao.
This Bdubs has a separate fryer for gf! Only the traditional wings. Ask for your sauce on the side so your wings don’t get mixed in the same bowl as the others. The bartender did have to ask the manager some questions but I appreciated the effort and my food was as good as bdubs gets haha

When I asked for a gluten free menu the manager on duty gave me a printed copy of the complete nutrition guide and explained how to read it and what it means. He was also careful to tell me that there are no dedicated fryers or kitchen, which I appreciate as a company that understands what people's needs are. There are options for gluten sensitive items, there are a few different types of nacho plates, and traditional wings are not made with gluten ingredients. There are more items and the nutrition guide with all the info is on line I got nachos with no meat as I wasn't very hungry, but I'm still working on eating all the leftover chips 2 days later, it was a large portion. The queso was delish. While there isn't a separate fryer etc, I feel it is safe because the staff is aware.
