They want to be able to serve celiac but don’t 100% understand protocol and cross contamination. For instance, they said they change their gloves and make burgers in dedicated area…. But then I was served a bun that was toasted with normal bread… I appreciate their effort and desire but don’t think I feel great returning

I had a burger on a gf bun & it was delicious! Kind of juicy & messy but I loved every bite & had no problems afterwards. I was told that their fryer was not dedicated & that they fry their churros in there with the fries so I did not take a chance on anything except for the burger.

Person taking my order ask the kitchen when he did not know if something was GF. GF buns and fries. I did not get sick!

The burgers were delicious. My celiac daughter could only have the burger patty and cheese. Although the fries are labeled GF, they truly are not. I saw them touching gluten containing food and then the fries. I am not even so confident that the burger itself was gluten free, but my daughter did not get sick afterwards.

My husband is gluten sensitive. Bunz offers gf buns which were amazing as far as buns go. They did not break down like a lot of gf free buns do. And the burgers were amazing, fresh ground in house. Non gf buns are also made in house. Fries are gf but no dedicated fryer. We appreciated that they made sure to let us know they’d fried onion rings in the fryer previously but that was not a problem for us since the hubs doesn’t have severe allergy.

We had their custom burgers. Not the everyday hamburgers like other restaurants, but very unique. Really enjoyed the meal. Im not a french fry person, but i loved their fries.
