When we got there the menu was right there on the board very nice and big I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with GF bun very very good I ordered GF chicken tenders the cashier said it comes in 3 however when they came it was 3 tiny grilled chicken not good at all and I had to pay single piece it didn’t come in 3! They wouldn’t take off my bill and refused to take away

Great experience with staff for gluten allergy. Was asked if GF for for an allergy or dietary preference when ordered. GF tray marked different than other burgers and the bun was really good!

Update: still got glutened

I ordered a burger with a gluten free bun. When it came out the top of the bun looked suspiciously appetizing, so I asked the person who brought the food if this was indeed a gluten free bun, and she said yes. Upon closer inspection I could tell it was definitely not gf. The bottom bun looked pale and spongy, but the top was golden brown and fluffy. Definitely not the same buns. My husband actually had the top to my gf bun on the bottom of his burger. Another server came by and offered to make a new meal when I notified her. They were kind about fixing the mistake, and the real gluten free bun was really tasty, but the first server who said it was gluten free was definitely wrong and I would have been very sick if I took her word for it.

Great burgers and fries, just be sure to specify that you need it gluten-free! I’ve eaten here multiple times and have not gotten sick. My husband (not celiac) also orders a gluten-free burger and insists it’s the best gluten-free burger he’s had.

Great every time! Great GF buns and they have the best fries! Labels all their sauces so you know what is GF. Eaten here many times and never had any issues or concerns.

Manager has a family member with Celiac so they get it right. Burgers are delicious, to my knowledge there is a dedicated fryer for the GF fries. Shakes are amazing and there are GF sauces and dressings! My favorite place to eat.

I was thankful to find this Burger 21! The staff is very knowledgeable and they have separate prep areas and fryers!!! We are celiac and My kids were overjoyed to find a Burger 21 that can meet our allergy needs!

They have a dedicated fryer and space for gluten-free. Their food is delish. I will say that we have eaten there several times and on one occasion it seemed that it was taking a long time for our food to come out. That us when the manager came out and told us that there was a mishap with my meal (rest of family is not gluten-free) - he said that my burger received a regular bun and that they had to remake my burger. The honesty in the management team that was awesome - they could of just change the buns and I would of not been the wiser until later. And later I would have been in the hospital because I am pretty sensitive.

B-21 from that day has my loyalty but I also tell them when making my food - it is not a diet for me but a true health situation. So I have not had any problems and we were told that one of the owners daughter's had celiac --- that was why the chain is so celiac friendly!

They have a big gluten free menu. I have eaten there 3 times. The first time I had no reaction and the 2nd and 3rd time had a reaction. I have a wheat allergy and am gluten intolerant.

Great GF burger, mix fries and espresso shake (I really prayed to the obesity gods during this visit). The staff was very friendly, and all items coming from the kitchen were clearly labeled. I got the Shroom burger, and it was presented very well, looked like it could be on an advertisement. The GF bun held its own, as I got a to go order to check this place out. The bun looked a little soggy on the bottom, but held up very well.

For fries and burgers, they offer four sauces, Apple Cider (great for sweet potato fries- a bit sweet), Ranch (pretty standard), Ragun Cajun (maybe similar to 1000 Island, although not very spicey- I like heat), BBQ- typical hickory smoked and sweet. They all were good. I did not see ketchup listed under the sauce bar, but I may have overlooked it as I was getting take out and using my own.

The fries are your typical shoestring, very good, although I do prefer a thicker cut. They come in Russet potato, sweet potato or a combination. I got the large combo.

As for as the serving size, this fatty got his money's worth. It will be my definite go to burger place, and one I will not be afraid to eat in, too boot!

A separate menu: gluten free buns, fries, salads, and shakes. They do a very good job of keeping the gf food separate so there's no contamination.

The gf bun was soft and tasty. Will eat here again.

I am new to this dietary restriction. I was surprised to see Burger 21 offered a GF friendly menu. Let them know you are ordering a GF item, it is marked for the kitchen. I'm still getting used to GF bread, so the bun took adjusting, BUT the burger was delicious!

Really enjoyed our experience here today! I felt they took our allergy very seriously and the food was delicious! The burger was cooked perfectly and the sweet potato fries were so good too! Definitely recommend as they have quite a few things on the menu that are GF.
