I Love Burger 21! Never have any issues! Thank You for opening up near me!!
LOVE Burger 21. They really get cross-contamination, etc. I would say that in general, I like Red Robin's bun better, but Burger 21's fries can't be beat. They also have a sauce bar- the apple cider vinegar and cajun dipping sauces are excellent!
They even have "gluten free menu" on the door. Very GF friendly and the burger was amazing.
Large gf selection, but was not impressed with the gf bun. Red Robin has a much better bun.
gluten free burger are on pointe. super messy. don't go on first date
Greatest place ever for a truly gf burger on a bun. Staff is so knowledgable. What a pleasure!!
I love this place! The menu is great and this restaurant couldn't be cleaner or have a more accommodating staff.
So good! They have a dedicated fryer & buns that aren't dry like most places.
Amazing fries! Great burgers too. You can read my full review here: http://www.gfinorlando.com/2014/01/burger-21.html
GF buns for the burgers and dedicated GF fryer for reg and sweet potato fries! Love this place! You can read my entire GF review of burger 21 on my blog: http://www.celiacinorlando.com/2013/burger-21/
They have a gluten free menu and dedicated dryers for sweet potato fries and regular fries. Gluten free chicken tenders on request. https://www.burger21.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/GF-Tier-2-Voorhees.pdf
The BEST Gluten Free buns ever! Burgers are absolutely delicious. They have a nice selection of other gluten free options also. Managers are so kind and take the allergy seriously to avoid any cross contamination. I would highly recommend this place!
The service here is horrible. They know very little about being gluten free. They put gluten chips in our dip and looked shocked when I asked them to take it away. They are very cheap with their sides and want to charge you for every single thing . They charge for avocados and sour cream for fajitas😱 they even charge for the chips they bring out and never tell you that they charge you for it. This is the worst restaurant I have been in years actually not
Burgers and fries are good - haven't had any problems with them. However, today I ordered a gluten free milkshake only to be told they can't guarantee it's gluten free because they changed ice cream brands. At least she told me but disappointing to have things listed on gluten free menu that aren't.
Must try this burger place! It is true, it is heaven for celiacs. It is a good $4 up charge for GF, but so delicious. I had their bacon cheesy burger with fries. Bun is delish and fries, so good. They also have an array of sauces that are clearly marked whether GF or not.
I went here with my mom, dad and sister a few weeks ago and we all loved it. The food was really good, great buns, great fries. I also got a vanilla milkshake and there was a lot of cinnamon in it but it wasn't advertised as that so if you're planning on getting a milkshake just know there's a fair amount of cinnamon in it.
This place is AWESOME! The manager Doug took the time explain all their gluten precautions, and even showed me their safety containers that they use in the kitchen. They even bring out gluten-free items separately to avoid cross-contamination. And besides their gluten-free excellence, the food is even more amazing! BTW they have much more than just a chicken salad for celiac options.
Have eaten here several times with no problems, but after my last visit this weekend I got sick. Everything I was served had the GF sticker, but they were really busy and I'm guessing something got mixed up with the fries maybe. I'll go back, just not at a busy time.
waited over 30 minutes still waiting...others waited 45 minutes and left...they were the second people to leave...im goin to leave too...heard the fries were good ...but i have no clue...im out
Dedicated gluten free space. Everything came out with a gluten free sticker, too. Have been twice and did not get sick either time. The food here was delicious. I was so happy to order a hamburger that had a bun, and a bun that tasted like a regular bun at that. The burgers were just the right size (not gigantic like some places), and the milkshakes were made to order from fresh ingredients. Sorey Five Guys, but this is my new go to place when in Albany!
This is a new location. The food was just as good as always and I didn't get sick at all. I had a pick up order and had trouble finding the place. The owner had them cook new fries for me because the original ones were getting old. I'll definitely be back.
Great experience! Gluten free menu, dedicated french fry frier with regular and sweet potato fries. Even the pump sauce bar is labeled which sauces are gluten free. I didn't try the gluten free bun, but the burger and both kinds of fries were delicious! There is even the fancy pick your flavor soft drink machine. I did not get sick. I have found my new go to burger spot!
I stopped here on my drive from Buffalo to Boston. After terrible luck with food in WNY, this was a very welcome stop. They have a separate menu with quite a few options. I sat at the milkshake bar, and the woman behind the counter explained that there was a completely separate GF area of the kitchen (or perhaps a separate kitchen all together), and her decision to work there stemmed from the fact that she had gluten sensitivity and other food allergies and felt safe at work. I got a plain burger and sweet potato fries, and they were absolutely delicious! I wish I'd had room to try one of their GF milkshakes, because the options looked wonderful! There are multiple Burger21 locations, but none in cities that I frequent. Come to Boston!
