Burger Burger

I am a symptomatic Celiac. I ate here willing to risk it as I was very hungry and had very little other options. With few reviews there was a chance those could have been flukes or had been cross contaminated somewhere else. I can't say.

But I had their cheeseburger and fries gluten free and had absolutely no reaction. I made sure to let them know about me being Celiac and they put it in notes and assured me their fryer for fries is seperate and just for fries.

The food was amazing (of course I was really hungry so that may have I fluenced that) but I was happy with what I got and had no reactions.

Celiac and would not eat here again. We were assured the fryer was dedicated so I got fries and got very sick. Also my salad was supposed to be gluten free but came out of the kitchen with breaded chicken so I asked for a new one. New salad came with grilled chicken but had croutons. Manager was great about the refund.

Udi's gluten free buns for upcharge, good price for mall food. I liked mine, will order again. Dedicated fryer for fries

Nothing to write home about. Burger is thin and small and overcooked like McDonald’s. I got it wrapped in lettuce which was nice and green. They have a two dollar up charge for a GF bun. I don’t know what it looks like. My burger without a bun was still $7.00 dollars.

I go here whenever I visit the mall, they do have a dedicated frier for french fries and have been good about making sure my food is clearly labelled as gluten allergy.

I think the service can be hit or miss, I've seen a lot of negative reviews about long wait times or staff not respecting allergies, as evidenced here too. But I can tell you I've never had a problem with it. I still however, wouldn't order a milkshake from this restaurant - I stick to burgers and fries bc its what I trust them to handle without cross contamination.

A few months ago I was here and ordered a strawberry shake. The person I was with ordered strawberry cheese cake shake. Even though my order said allergy to gluten, they gave us both strawberry cheese cake shakes. I got sick after. I have been a few other times where I did not get sick but did not order a shake.

GF Caesar salad, tasty wings and French fries were delicious! They have a separate fryer. Good price point too!

My entire order was messed up. Person taking the order had it right. I received a regular bun and the fries had seasoning on them. They offered to get me new food, but the attitude of the manager toward the situation was terrible. I will never go there again. Beware!

The order taker understood exactly what I needed and explained their burger prep process well. She also let me know they keep a dedicated fryer for GF fries. Burger and GF bun were excellent.

Visited twice during a weekend visit to the Mall of America. Staff was nice, fries and burger were good. My daughter is super sensitive and didn’t get sick- automatic 5 stars from me.

Don't know how but they managed to gluten me on a takeout order. Staff seemed clueless.

The wings, fries, & sauce are all GF and very tasty. The bartender took our order & went out of his way to make sure the kitchen staff was extra careful handling the food.

Not a bad place and had good options. Down side is the buns are horrible. Let's just say they may be bean based and have the said effect of eating to many beans. Bean-o recommend.

Server could answer all my questions. Gluten free sauces, buns, and fries. Had a great burger with lettuce wrap and salad, fries were excellent.

Server had no idea about GF procedure. Asked for manager, who apathetically informed me they were out of GF buns.

Great find at the Mall of America! Server could answer all questions about GF, fries and wings are totally safe, and burgers came on a delicious and unique roll (not the standard frozen stuff). A treat for our family!
