I have celiac and spoke with both the woman at the register and the cook as well. After they answered my questions about their fryer being dedicated for french fries and their burger being lettuce wrapped and prepped safely to avoid cross contact I ordered the swag burger and fries with just salt. That was the best burger I have ever had in my life! Spicy, salty, creamy and those fries were really incredible. I paired it with a lemon White Claw. I will go back before returning to Los Angeles. I actually tipped $5 more than I had originally left since the food was safe and super delicious.

Sooo good!!! They have GF buns and if you ask about cross contamination they know all about it! I would watch the fries because they cook them in the same fryer as the chicken fingers(cross contamination). Milkshakes are amazing!!!!!! Really good patty and the bun is good. Go eat at burgerfi!!!!!!
They offer a GF bun and a lettuce bun.

This place is not an option for celiacs. The staff informed me that the fries are made in a shared fryer with the fried chicken, and generally did not seem to understand cross contamination protocols at all.
Asked her to change her gloves she changed them but touched the bread and then my lettuce wrap. Either doesn’t care or uneducated on the topic. Either way don’t eat here if ur celiac!
They were great. Gluten free buns, and clear gluten free options marked.
