Anjewel, the manager, offered to clear out an entire fryer for me so I could have french fries!! It was the nicest thing anyone's ever done for me at a restaurant without a dedicated gluten-free fryer!!! They also have gluten-free buns in the back.

Only fast food in the strip it is in that would accommodate us. No gluten goes on the grill so we got a hot dog and burger “garden style” which means w/lettuce and it was very good

I have celiac and spoke with both the woman at the register and the cook as well. After they answered my questions about their fryer being dedicated for french fries and their burger being lettuce wrapped and prepped safely to avoid cross contact I ordered the swag burger and fries with just salt. That was the best burger I have ever had in my life! Spicy, salty, creamy and those fries were really incredible. I paired it with a lemon White Claw. I will go back before returning to Los Angeles. I actually tipped $5 more than I had originally left since the food was safe and super delicious.

I continue to drop in here and get a lettuce wrap burger and custard. Haven’t had a bad reaction and the burgers and very tasty.

7/10/16: Ordered a 'green' burger. Will go back and next time I will get some custard too.

Update: Ate the custard. Solid choice. I'd come back just for dessert.
