Edit: definitely got glutened yesterday after eating here safely for a year not sure what changed. I think the fries. Also, they told me the grilled chicken sandwich was safe and yet it’s not on the gluten free allergen menu. Really stinks as they used to take great care of me.

Thought their fries were safe, but I’m sick now, and I see that their allergen menu clearly states that all their fries have gluten. Not sure if this is something that recently changed, but please don’t make the mistake I did! Avoid the fries!

They do the bu. In the bag from UDIS but they didn’t warm it properly so it was dry and falling apart.
The fact that the hamburger comes Unassembled isn’t a problem but it was cold and no toppings came with the double patty. The line was extremely long and we almost gave up instead of getting our food corrected. The frys tasted horrible like old oil. All this being said I love Burgerville! But this location is horrible this is the second time we have eaten here when traveling and it was horrible both times.
Don’t bother with this location.

Love the fact that we can get burgers, fries, and milkshakes. The burgers come disassembled so you can add what you like. The bun is sealed and warmed.
Cashier was clearly new. Asked about gluten free bun right from the start. When the receipt didn’t say GF I asked and manager acted like it was my fault. Burger was brought out disassembled. Bun on one plate, patties and condiments on another, fries on a third plate.... they have good intentions but clearly need to work on a few things.

The staff is very knowledgeable and have been there multiple times without issue. When requesting a gf bun they ask about sensitivity to ensure that they do not toast the bun and cause contamination, verse someone with a preference for gf. The burger comes disassembled with sealed condiment packets. Their fries are always cooked in a designated fryer.

Ate here twice with no symptoms. Great gluten free burgers and fries. Milkshakes available.

Had a burger, fries, and milkshake. Told them I was celiac and they explained the procedure they follow. No issues whatsoever! Good food.

I have had a good experience at this BV every time. The best bet for no cross-contamination is a burger made unassembled with a non-toasted, non-heated GF bun. I usually get the 1/2 pound Colossal Burger with bacon, and let them know I have a gluten allergy... they always offer it unassembled. Most of the staff know the toaster and fryer are shared. Avoid anything fried including sweet potato fries.

Burgerville comes through again! Their regular restaurants and the restaurant at PDX have gluten free options that are safe for Celiac!
I ate a delicious breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and bacon this morning while waiting for my plane. They even have water in reusable metal bottles!
Always love š eating at Burgerville because you feel like a normal person going to a burger place and ordering food!

These people understand Celiac! They tag your order with gluten allergy, have a dedicated fryer for fries š and other fried items, (not onion rings). They have warned me when their fryer has been cross-contaminated! The staff is ver well trained with food allergies.
Make sure when they take your order you ask for unassembled and untoasted with a gluten free bun.
All their milkshakes are safe and they commonly have a variety of desserts š§ in addition to their milkshakes that are also safe for Celiacs!
I’ve eaten here more than 20 times bas have never been sick!

We visited here today and learned that they have a fryer that they call GF, but it is connected to the two other fries with the same filter. So the oil is filtered through the same filter that the oil cooks the fish and chicken with.
