All gf sauces and the fries are celiac safe. 5 stars. Safe for celiac. Make sure that you request no bread. Many of their plates come with garlic bread

My new favorite BBQ place! Have lots of Gf options, dedicated fryer so you can have the fries, and all GF BBQ sauces. Staff is super knowledgeable and kind!

GF items aren’t marked on the menu but they have a list of options at the register. All of their sauces are house made and GF. They have a good selection of GF options. Really good food!

I've eaten at Burnt Ends BBQ a few times now, and I've never been glutened. The majority of the meats are gluten free and they have many gluten free sides. Staff are knowledgeable about gluten and they have a separate gf menu. The food is really good and all of the BBQ sauces are gf. The kitchen changes their gloves and prepares gf orders in a designated gf place. Also they have a dedicated gf fryer!

Most of their meats, several sides, and all their sauces are GF. Their BBQ meats are also really good! (coming from an anti-BBQ sauce person :) You can order larger amounts to feed whole families and works well to go. If you sit down they have family board games you can play at your table. I love that part!
I gave them 4 stars because their employees aren’t the most understanding of GF concerns. Fortunately most of their food is safe so there’s less CC, except the garlic bread, which they like to include in every dish! So even the ignorance can be combated with some small adjustments. Plus I figure at least I’m fighting for the celiac cause and raising awareness. ;)
To be safe I take extra precautions to avoid the bread issue. The food is worth it though and most importantly I have never had CC catch me off guard here. It’s very obvious before even taking a bite.
My precautions:
I don’t order my GF food at the same time as my non-GF companions
although I already know the menu, I ask for it every time (for emphasis)
I’m very clear about my GF needs and why
I specifically mention the bread issue and ask them to remind the kitchen
I stand in view while they prepare it (for emphasis)
Most importantly I always double check!
Nothing is more upsetting than ordering $80 of GF food to go on a late night when you’re already starving and then getting home to find bread in every single box. I won’t make that mistake again!
Anyways the food is good! It’s mostly safe too; but if you’re a celiac, don’t trust the staff too easily. :)

Didn’t even make it home without getting super sick. Never going again it didn’t even taste good. So disappointing
No
The fryer is shared with dairy items so not safe if you also have a dairy allergy. However the is an app for celiacs and in that case they are very good. Never gotten sick gluten wise but stopped eating there are getting sick from the dairy. I told them I have a dairy allergy and they didn't say anything abojt the frier so they should have known that. I feel as if they are well trained in the gluten department but not other food allergies.
Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They had a separate GF menu, dedicated GF fryer, and all their sauces were GF. The food was excellent!
Excellent bbq! If you order a meat platter, make sure to notify them no toast/bread.

I had ribs, fries, and creamed corn. And all the saucesš¤£š½. Great experience. Will be back.

Enjoyed dinner with my very sensitive celiac daughter and celiac wife. They both had the burnt-ends dinner with fries (dedicated fryer!) Most importantly neither had any reactions. Staff seemed knowledgable and made sure to not put any bread on our meals. We’ll definitely be back.

My brisket was dried out, so that was disappointing. My lunch mate said her turkey was very moist. I asked if the 1/2 lb brisket came with anything and was told no. It came out with a piece of bread on top. Cheesy corn is yummy. I didn't like the tomato cucumber salad.
Delicious bbq and all of their sauces are gluten free. Even a dedicated fryer for their fries. I can’t wait to go back. Friendly staff as well.

The young man at the counter had no idea what cd or Gluten is. When I asked he got a kitchen person who helped out. The food was good. I had wings and fries that were tasty and safe.

Awesome ! delicious and gf. Very knowledgeable staff. Lots of sides gf and dedicated fryer. Wish I had one close by where I live.
Really delicious BBQ. The brisket (burnt ends) are delicious and you can eat the wings and fries too bc they are cooked in a dedicated fryer. It's a fast casual type restaurant (not fancy) and I believe it's owned by the same owners as YaYas. I did takeout from here once too. They put bread on my meal -not good. Be sure to ask them to leave off the bread! I've eaten here three times and haven't gotten sick.
Great food and don't have to worry! I was so excited to have real French fries. They have a separate fryer! Very celiac friendly!
They have a dedicated gluten free fryer so you can actually eat their wings, fries and potato wedges. All their meats and sauces are gluten free and delicious. The gluten free menu (located at the cash register) is a good size and their staff is knowledgeable. I have celiac and am very sensitive but didn't have a reaction. If you like bbq then definitely give them a try!
