Farm Truk, up on level 4 has everything on their menu, except mac and cheese, available gluten free. I tried the chicken nachos and the peach gooey butter cake. Both were outstanding! They also have vanilla gluten free gooey butter cake and their other flavor changes with the season.

Went to Farm Truk. We got our seats near by so it was easy to find. The people working took great care of us and were very familiar with Celiac and cross contamination. My daughter is allergic to dairy so they made her chicken and chips. I got the chicken nachos. Everything was delicious and no issues.

Thankful for this app and Farm Truk. A little bit of a trek up to 428 to get the chicken nachos. Good stuff, big portion.

UPDATE - went to a game the next day and went back to Farm Truk again because there were extremely limited options around the stadium for game day. This time I had the grilled Reuben on a GF bun and it was AWESOME. 10/10 totally recommend that sandwich.

Used this app to hear about Farm Truck and it was well worth the walk to find it. It is up in section 428 (take the elevators or stairs near section 128 all the way to the 4th floor). Their entire menu is GF outside of the Mac n Cheese and the gooey cake. I had the most delicious chicken nachos. It was enough food for two people so I stretched it out over the game to snack the entire time. I am sure there are other options but I am so happy for the previous reviewer who recommended Farm Truck!

I am so upset, they used to have a dedicated gluten free restaurant, the proficient perch, which had gluten free chicken tenders and delicious loaded or plain tater tots. Went to the first game in 2023 with an empty stomach and a full heart, left with everything empty because they have changed the perch to be just like all of the 100 other gluten places. the staff is not knowledgeable about gluten. nothing is safe, so i just go with my own hotdog bun and buy a single hotdog and hope for the best. really crappy of the cardinals to take that away from the gf community. i also couldn’t locate the gluten free beer anymore. thumbs all the way down.

No gluten free food inside of the stadium! Super disappointing because me and my husband are going to all of the MLB stadiums in the country and this is the first out of the 7 we have been to that didn’t have a dedicated GF stand. If you are hungry you should just eat before! There are restaurants right across the way that have some GF options.

They at least have seltzers.

Daughter loved the gf chicken tenders & tots from Perficient Perch by section 356. They are not on the main menu on display but you will find them on the screen when you self order.

Perfect Perch at 356, Level 3 - 3rd base side. Very good GF breaded chicken tenders and tater tots! Loaded nachos are Tostitos brand chips. Chicken breading is a crispy corn meal. Kid approved! You can tell they were fried in clean oil, my family liked them better than other chicken strips in the stadium. The menu indicated gluten free and my son and I did not feel sick afterward (both Celiac).

I ordered the gluten free chicken tenders from Perfect Perch. The board menu you can read from standing in line says they only have nachos, but when you get up to the computer to order, you can order the gluten free chicken tenders and the gluten free chicken tenders with tots. I ordered 2 gluten free chicken tenders. I was skeptical, but they came out relatively quickly, hot, gluten free, and good! I didn't get sick. There's a decent chance all *food* at the Perfect Perch is gluten free. But be mindful. They do serve draft beer, there, so the counter where they deliver your food was a mess with spilled beer. However, it seemed that there were different individuals serving food than were serving the beer, so that helped. Portions were great and so eas the price, especially given it was a stadium. Friends paid $20 for loaded nachos. I paid $11 for 5 chicken tenders. I think I got the better deal.

This review is specifically for the National Car Rental Club (formally Bank of America Club) all-inclusive buffet within the stadium. I have a wheat allergy and was concerned about having anything I could eat since I couldn’t find any info online before attending the cards game in this special suite section. To my surprise half of their menu was specifically listed as gluten free and called out as such as you enter the buffet line and can read the posted menu. After talking to staff I felt completely confident. The chicken, green beans, BBQ pulled pork, and BBQ brisket were all GF in the buffet. They also offer mixed drinks and margaritas which are all gluten free. 10/10

If you go on the MLB website for Busch stadium it has all the gluten free options. Fries, nachos, Italian ice, chicken tenders. Pretty good selection. I got the nachos really tasty, then I had the Italian ice and that was just all right.

At the Brew House, with amazing people and Charlie hooked me up and made the best GF meal and I didn’t have one ounce of symptoms! I’m super sensitive so THANK YOU! As I enjoy the Eli Young concert!

I got the loaded stadium tots and added pulled pork, they were really good. Definitely shareable too, maybe even 3 people could share. My only wish is that had deicated gluten/allergy stands at the 100 and 300. One on each level would make this a perfect experience for many who have issues.

Celiac friendly?

1. 4 tenders for 15.75, so they are doing less and charging more. 2. The tenders were breaded with cornmeal, which (I shouldn't be complaining) is my least favorite and poorest tasting compared to other options. 3. As soon as I finished my last tot (within seconds) I didn't feel full, I felt sick. I spent a couple innings in the first aid area being sick. I am celiac and I was glutened. I normally don't have such a strong reaction with cross contamination, so either the CC was significant or the tots had wheat in them. I didn't complain, but Flora said she would investigate and inform HR (she knew gluten well). I honestly believe they'll fix the problem.

The Gluten Free Chicken tenders with tots are crispy & really great. The cost was $15.50 they gave me 6 tenders with lots of tater tots in the basket. You can order just the chicken tenders. Beware only in 2 sections at Double Play Tap & Grill Section 135 & Perficient Perch near section 455. Website at Busch shows section 458, but no such thing. Guy at Busch got me to right Location.
