yummy sandwiches, the gf bread was actually really good! they also have an extensive fridge of GF desserts. I got a carrot cake cupcake and it was so so so good, would not be able to even tell it’s gf

Called ahead of time to ask about GF options because my family is ordering lunch here today. First person I talked to told me they had allergy precautions they follow if someone had a gluten allergy; however, when I asked what options on the menu were GF (beyond ordering GF bread), she didn’t know and handed the phone to someone else. The next person I talked to said they could make most things GF except some of the obvious like meatballs and breaded chicken, etc. She wasn’t able to confirm that none of the deli meats contained dextrin, modified food starch, food starch (but I didn’t ask if they were labeled GF). I think with further questioning and based on other reviews, this place probably would have been fine (and I know the sandwiches are good because I had them before diagnosis). I just decided not to risk it today because I’m a newbie to CeD and healing. I think it would have been better if I called with a specific menu item in mind and asked about that.

Owner of the store answered all my questions and showed me everything that was gluten free. His wife has Celiac and one of the waiters is also gluten free. Owner recommended the wrap and it was delicious.

I'm so surprised this isn't already on here because they have SO MANY gluten free options! There's a gluten free menu, gluten free bread for sandwiches, and even a gluten free refrigerator with dessert items. Highly recommended!
