Buster's Texas-Style Barbecue

One of my go to spots. Has a gluten free list posted where you order, and I just love the food! I'm a "dry brisket" with "Chipotle mustard sauce" guy. Coleslaw and baked beans round out my happy place, but potato salad and green beans are also worthy options. They'll even get a new cutting board and knife for the meat slicing (it's cafeteria style, served up in front of you). Sadly their fryer is tainted, so no wonderful crinkle fries for us.
