Review of Butterfly Belly Asian Cuisine

A truly delightful experience every time. All these bad reviews really need to go on over to Yelp. People living in GF restaurant deserts need to know whether a place is safe to eat at, and a 1-star review based on your moody night can tank confidence in the safety of a place for us serious Celiacs. I have been here dozens of times and it's not only one of the only safe pan-Asian GF restaurants in the country, the food is always great and the staff is always very kind. They're clearly overwhelmed with demand while understaffed from the pandemic, and you can't ruin such a wonderful restaurant for having some off-service nights. The owners are under a lot of stress and still here providing some of the only reliably safe and tasty food around, so don't let a few bad reviews keep you away from supporting such a lovely local business. I had great Pho here years ago and fantastic Pad Thai tonight, with a dozen other options in between. Give them a shot, and if you don't get painfully ill from your gluten reactions in general, please try not to be so harsh and compare the dedicated GF options on this app to regular restaurants. This space is a lifeline to many of us and the few Dedicated options that survive need support and a little extra leeway for their off nights. Butterfly Belly is better than the vast majority of GF options out there and helps people like me feel normal and safe for a change. Give them all the love you have to spare!
