This lady knows what she's doing when it comes to keeping fellow celiac folks safe as she herself is very sensitive. She makes sure all the products she uses are certified gluten free. She made us a large order of fresh Chinese food tonight, using many local ingredients all packed in Mason jars to go. Delicious!

The entire menu is gluten free. The only gluten thing in the place is outside purchased bread made into crostinis for the gluten tolerant.
