Service was nice, people were friendly, all meat and bbq sauce is GF. Anything breaded or fried is off limits. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy any of the foods we tried. Some were very salty (hush puppies—not GF either) and gravy. Others were super vinegary (pulled pork, bbq sauce options, chicken. And we didn’t enjoy the cheese wiz added to the chicken or sausage. We really enjoy Texas BBQ and this is Carolina BBQ—just not our thing. Plus side, I didn’t get sick so they were good about giving me the gf options.

No GF info on the menu, though their website FAQ says many items can be made GF. No dedicated fyer or GF buns/bread to substitute. GF options are basically just the meat on a plate. A few sides are GF. Sauces are self-service from a shared station that all customers access so seems like a possibility for CC. Food was okay but there are many other restaurants in Asheville who do a much better job servicing GF customers.
