Visiting my daughter at college. She heard this was a very good place to eat. I called and they did have gluten free pizza. When I call they told me to tell them I had a food allergy. When I arrived I told them I had a food allergy. They changed their gloves and was very careful in what they touched. Had a oven, pan, cutter, and ect that they used just for GF. The pizza was very good and I had no problems. I would total go here again.
We always get the gluten free crust. They always make sure to ask if we have a gluten allergy to try to avoid cross contamination. You can get whatever you want on your pizza. The staff varies on consistency of amount of toppings & friendliness, but I do feel like they are trying to accommodate those with gluten allergies. We have not had any reaction to the pizza there.
They were really friendly and changed gloves, got out new sauce and used a clean ladle. With the toppings there could be cross contamination however I did not have any ill feelings after eating their pizza.
They are trying, which I appreciate, but still working the kinks out of being gluten free. currently too much cross contamination possible. The pizza maker opened new sauce and new cheese, used a fresh ladle, but then was going to use regular toppings that other glutened hands had been in. The gf crust was soft and chewy as if it needed to cook longer, but the taste was OK.

I just saw a commercial for this business, and they advertised their gluten free crust. I have NOT eaten here yet, but wanted to get the restaurant name out on this list for others to try. Hopefully I'll make my way to it before too long.
Great pizza for the whole family... the Celiac, the Gluten Sensitive, the Gluten Free preference, and those that don't give a rip! It is set up like a Subway Sandwich shop in that you choose your crust, choose your sauce, choose your cheese, and then choose your toppings. Lots of choices! They are sensitive to cross contamination using gloves and separate pans. Always friendly young staff and the pizza is always great!
My daughter has Celiac's. I et them know that. They switched out gloves, got new spoons, and made her pizza with sauces and toppings that hadn't been used yet so no cross contamination. They were so diligent about being careful. Even the other girl making a non-GF pizza was careful around my daughter's being made next to her. And it was delicious and fun there!!!
