I wanted so badly to love this place. It’s rough. I’ve given it several chances. The service and the food are unfortunately awful.

this was hands down the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. it took an hour and 30 minutes to get our food. while we were waiting, we got to hear the cook yell at the server for things that really didnt matter. table numbers don't matter when everyone else left and you have 2 tables left. It took an hour for them to tell us that they were out of corned beef. Then the server gave my CHILDREN time to pick another meal. the cook yelled at her for waiting. we got our food to go, because we do actually have lives. when we finally got our food, the hushpuppies were burnt. the fries were burnt but raw in the middle. the mac and cheese was over cooked. the gravy was flavorless cornstarch slurry with lumps. the okra had no salt. the brisket was good in places but overall dry. I have been gf for over a decade. I would spend my last dollar to support a gf business. I will never set foot in this building again. The abuse that was hurled at the server was enough reason to hate it. She was only on her second day there, working the entire dining room by herself. We watched 4 tables walk out without eating. We should've done the same.

ETA: after my Facebook review of their terrible restaurant, the waitress eventually found me and friended me. (I am a seasoned server. I left her a note telling her that this situation wouldn't improve.) She just messaged me that they fired her because she friended me on FB.

This place is an actual dumpster fire ran by garbage people.

Do not eat here.

Really slow service. Subpar food quality, were out of the item I can for that I can’t get anywhere else. Small portion sizes. It may be 100% gluten free but the food is not worth the drive.

My family and I are always appreciative of a dedicated gluten-free facility so we don’t have to worry about allergic reactions from cross-contamination. We love coming here. The staff is extremely friendly, although you do have to wait a little while to get your food. The cheese sticks are our favorite appetizer, and the kids love the burgers. Good southern cooking! We are repeat customers.

So glad we found this place! Honestly the food is average (except the brisket, that's fantastic!) but we really enjoyed trying things my 15 year old daughter had never eaten before. We tried many many things but the menu is just huge so we'll go back and try some more.

The restaurant is fantastic and the owners and staff are awesome! It is 100% gluten free. We can't wait to go back again and it is well worth our 70 mile road trip.

The WHOLE restaurant is 100% gluten free and everything we got was AMAZING! As someone with celiac I couldn’t believe that I could order anything I wanted off of the menu, a lot of things I’ve never been able to have before! Such a great experience and I will definitely be going back more often!

Amazing restaurant! I have celiac and have to eat gluten free, so I was super excited to find this place. They are 100% gluten free, so no worries of cross contamination or food coming out wrong. The food tasted amazing. My family said their food was delicious too (and they don’t have to eat gluten free). There is a wide variety of food to choose from. The owners are extremely nice and the restaurant has a family oriented atmosphere. I took my toddler here without any problems and he really seemed to enjoy himself and his food as well. We will definitely be going back!! Prices were very reasonable as well!

Awesome menu, awesome staff. So nice to be able to order any/everything on the menu. Fried pickles, fried okra, Mac and cheese were outstanding. Chef came out to ask how we’d like our dish prepared. Can’t wait to try the waffles and biscuits next time!

Don’t be fooled, they don’t have a big sign out front or fancy advertising but this place ROCKS! Brought 2 of my non-gluten free friends with me and they were also blown away. Basically tastes like the best home cooking your grandma Gretchen and aunt Lucy could make on their best day.

Excellent menu, I had a cheese steak and onion rings which I haven’t eaten in 5 years. I couldn’t believe the items on the menu that are GF. Heard the ribs are amazing. It does take time to get your order, so plan accordingly

The whole kitchen is gluten free. Everything on the menu is gluten free! I haven’t had some of the options listed on there for many years since I had to go gluten free. No issues after I ate it! Great place to eat!

I enjoyed my lunch and my to-go supper here, not to mention dessert too! It was awesome to be able to just look at the menu and place an order and not have to worry about what I could eat off of it. The staff, Tracy, Lonnie and David were great too! Thanks for my ink pen/stylus!

This place has great food, glutin free onion rings, glutin free french fries, fried okra, glutin free, mozzarella sticks,the Bomb! glutin free. Fried pickle. Glutin free, They have great owners, great staff, Great atmosphere. You've got to go try this resturant. BBQ, BRISKIT & CHICKEN smoked out back in their smoker. The BEST BBQ IN Virginia!
