Review of C and D's Kuntry Kitchen

this was hands down the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. it took an hour and 30 minutes to get our food. while we were waiting, we got to hear the cook yell at the server for things that really didnt matter. table numbers don't matter when everyone else left and you have 2 tables left. It took an hour for them to tell us that they were out of corned beef. Then the server gave my CHILDREN time to pick another meal. the cook yelled at her for waiting. we got our food to go, because we do actually have lives. when we finally got our food, the hushpuppies were burnt. the fries were burnt but raw in the middle. the mac and cheese was over cooked. the gravy was flavorless cornstarch slurry with lumps. the okra had no salt. the brisket was good in places but overall dry. I have been gf for over a decade. I would spend my last dollar to support a gf business. I will never set foot in this building again. The abuse that was hurled at the server was enough reason to hate it. She was only on her second day there, working the entire dining room by herself. We watched 4 tables walk out without eating. We should've done the same.

ETA: after my Facebook review of their terrible restaurant, the waitress eventually found me and friended me. (I am a seasoned server. I left her a note telling her that this situation wouldn't improve.) She just messaged me that they fired her because she friended me on FB.

This place is an actual dumpster fire ran by garbage people.

Do not eat here.
