They say they’re gluten friendly and have a separate fryer. Unfortunately I have been here enough times to know that they give me a mild reaction pretty much every time I go. No shade towards the restaurant. Just don’t go if you have anything more than a sensitivity.

They have a gluten friendly menu and warn you of cross contamination. The staff seem very knowledgeable and generally can make you something safe.

I ordered the "gluten smart" calamari bravas and crunchy tofu bowl. Both were delicious! I did confirm after my food was brought that it's gluten free and they reminded me that there is cross contamination in the fryer but the menu items are made without gluten. The waitstaff seemed knowledgeable. Service was a bit slow and prices were a bit high, but a great option for those with sensitivity or intolerance. Their menu had an entire "gluten smart" section, which I always appreciate. No dedicated kids menu and when I asked the server suggested a slider which I thought would work, but it came out as one of three. My one-year-old ate half of one and we took the other two and a half home.

Very comfortable experience with knowledgeable staff. They will even bake your fries to avoid cross contamination. My only complaint is that it’s pricey for the portion sizes.

The staff was very knowledgeable and careful. I’m extremely sensitive to cc. I had the quinoa salad and a side of prawns. I nima tested it and both passed and I didn’t get sick. Even though we shared 2 bottles of wine between the three of us 😳

A great spot for gluten free food. Since they’re a chain, you can easily find allergen information. This location is big and spacious as well! They have a good understanding of gluten “allergies.” My favourite dishes are the hot chicken and pickles (made in a separate fryer) and the zen sushi rolls.

Really great staff, went and checked all the ingredients of the tofu bowl, there was a may contain on one sauce, I risked it because it seemed really unlikely to be an issue but could have gotten something else and it was reassuring that they'd tell me. Separate fryer!

Cactus club has always been great for me. They are super accommodating. I get their Cajun chicken sandwich and they have a gluten friendly frier for the fries.
