NOT gluten free, besides their sodas. All of the menu items had some sort of gluten, besides the special of the day. The waiters did not know what was gluten free and what wasn't. They made my food, but told me after it was made and coming out to me that it had more gluten than expected.

Do not go here! They offer gf toast but toast it in the main toaster. The potatoes are cooked on the same surface of gluten foods and the owner was soooo rude!

Would not recommend. Had gluten free bread, but little other accommodations for gf diet. Could not even tell me what dressing was gf and they Mae them in house.

Not actually gluten free at all. They prepare pancakes on the same grill as regular ones. They toast the bread in the same toaster as regular bread. What a disappointment!!

I read the 5 star reviews and was really excited to try cafe 300 out. Unfortunately when I asked if they had gluten free options they said they had pancakes that were gluten free but were cooked on the same griddle, the bread was toasted in the same toaster, and their hashbrowns are fried in the same deep fryer as their onion rings. They even said "we try but if you are sensitive don't eat here."

The GF pancakes were huge--they don't clean the griddle or use a separate toaster for the GF bread. We'll see how much cross contamination there is. Those us us who ate non-GF had less than stellar meals.

Very accommodating to food allergy needs. Things are homemade and they have gluten free pancakes and waffles. They are willing to clean their grill or cook your items in a clean pan. Very knowledgeable. They have gluten free bread so you can have any of their sandwiches. Corn beef, eggs and potatoes breakfast was delicious.
