They have gf df bread for sandwiches. I got a chicken BLT with avocado. It was fine, nothing special. They also had smoothies and fruit bowls. Some baked goods were identified as gf df nf but I didn’t try any. I think cross contamination would be an issue for someone highly sensitive.

As you walk into Cafe Alfresco the counter is the same the coffee bar is the same but the man behind the register is new. Cafe Alfredo is under new ownership and the menu choices for Gluten free customers has expanded. The Tony Soprano Breakfast sandwich is delicious and the gluten free bread that they serve it on is the highest of quality. They also serve bowls and smoothies which gives gluten free people many delicious options for breakfast. Worth a stop if you would like a quick breakfast outside in a delightful garden setting.

Ate here a bunch of times and never once got sick.
Lovely experience here. Not sure if this is safe for Celiacs - I only have an intolerance - however one of the staff members was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free, there weren’t too many options but definitely some. I got the corned beef hash with Gluten Free toast and it was really yummy!
