In love with their chicken pesto gf panini's! The staff and atmosphere is also lovely

I NEVER leave reviews for places, but I feel so strongly about this place that I have to. Absolutely a waste of time. The gluten free sandwich was horrible. The "scrambled egg" was microwaved liquid egg, and the slice of bacon was so tiny it might as well have been nonexistent. 20 minutes to get an iced Americano and a gluten free breakfast sandwich at 11:30. Way overpriced, slow, and better sandwiches can be made at home!

I was disappointed. After reading reviews, I guess I had high expectations that weren't met. The bread tasted old, the chicken on the sandwich was in desperate need of seasoning and I felt like it was really expensive for what you get. Won't be going back.

Looovveee this little cafe! Very knowledgeable... and... he suggested avocado as a substitute for cheese! Amazing tea, great sandwich, superb owner!

I haven't even gotten my breakfast yet and already I am smitten. The coffee is wonderful, they have more than just rice and soy options for non-dairy (yay!) and they suggested a substitute of avocado for the cheese I requested they leave off my breakfast Sammie. I apart wish I lived in Tacoma to enjoy this place more often (I'm just visiting)

This may be my new favorite place in Tacoma! My panini was excellent and the bread didn't have that GF taste.

Great vegan gluten free soups and gluten free panini sandwiches

Not a user friendly menu, they don't have an ingredient list. If you have other allergies this is not the place for you. Staff are not accommodating . Also, if you are at all sensitive then don't even bother. I will not be coming back. Too bad since there aren't many places to go in Tacoma

Great people, great service. They can make any sandwich gluten free. The coffee is local and fantastic. We will be back.
