Review of Cafe Cusco

Virtually everything on the menu is gluten free, those items that are not are marked "NGF" (Not Gluten Free). Dedicated Fryer. My girlfriend and I were just passing through Springfield on a road trip and I found this place on the app. She is gluten intolerant AND pescatarian so our options are generally limited, and it's hard to trust new places to be GF just because they claim to be. The food was wonderful. Thank you to the Find Me Gluten Free app and the users who rate, review, and provide valuable feedback for the gluten free community.
