Menu states which dishes are gluten free and waiter indicated which options were available to replace french fries because of possible cross contamination (no dedicated fryer).

The menu was well marked with GF options. The server was well informed and friendly about what components had gluten or risk of contamination. She suggested a substitution of mashed potatoes for fries. The food was really good and also had multiple choices for the vegetarian in the group.
