Review of Cafe Formaggio

When first looking at the reviews for this restaurant, I was nervous because of some of the Nima sensor reviews some people have left. After doing research, a simple grain of salt can turn a negative gluten reading to a positive... Do your research before writing such a poor review for a great restaurant.

Personally, I am deathly allergic to gluten, so I think my natural gluten alarm would be triggered if the Nima sensors were correct lol. I can tell you from my experience that Cafe Formaggio is one of the most alert and cautious restaurants when it comes to gluten allergies. The waiter noticed that I had a gluten free menu and automatically brought gluten free bread to the table (almost like a cracker, but softer). The menu is very extensive with so many gluten free options for all ages. To add to the confidence of this restaurant, they label your food with a gluten free label. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to both people with and without allergies. Next time I am in town, I will be making a stop at Cafe Formaggio.
