Super safe, as it’s dedicated gluten free. The food was absolutely terrible though. It seems that everyone working there had just started and were very overwhelmed, although we were the only ones in the cafe. My food took 20+ minutes to come out, after my friends food had taken 5. Her pancakes were completely uncooked in the middle. The scrambled eggs were over cooked and my breakfast sandwich bread was barely toasted. The smoothie blender is also incredibly loud and right at the front counter, so if you are in the middle of a conversation, you won’t be able to hear anything. My latte was also quite awful. I’m not sure if they just need more training, but I won’t be coming here again.

Got the Turkey club sandwich to go with a parfait and cookie. Everything was good tasting, 100% gf but a little pricey. I’m sure I’ll end up here again 😊

So, I was really excited to try this place because of the good reviews but it was a huge disappointment. The sandwich tasted like a fast food one and the egg was microwaved. The coffee was also super burnt.

If you need a place that is safe to eat you can find that here but the quality is not there at all.

I have eaten here twice and hope to come again before I leave Sunday. Delish and the dedicated gluten free kitchen is such a refreshing and safe feeling environment!

EVERYTHING on the menu is Gluten-free!!! We had the turkey club and a grilled cheese, they use Udi's bread. It was delicious. They also make fresh squeezed and pressed juices. SO GOOD!

Everything is GF. See photos. Beautiful area! A little hard to find the restaurant. It is tucked away between a Butterfly Pavilion and a beautiful Spa also named Brick Canvas.

This place is perfect! Everything is gluten free and the employees will reassure you and be patient when you ask a bunch of questions. I felt so confident here and I will come back again and again. There are some items that are only available in the morning, so make sure to visit for multiple times of day!

I’ve been to Brick Canvas a few times over the years. I love going to a location that is 100% GF! I can order anything off of the menu and not worry about cross contamination!! The vegan brownie is by far my favorite item in their menu! I do wish they used a different brand of bread, but that’s a personal preference.

Fantastic place! Mainly because everything is GF!!! The sandwich tasted so good! I liked it a lot better than the pancakes. 100% celiac safe and I would definitely eat here again.

Completely gluten free cafe! This was such an amazing find. The service was great and the food was delicious. My kids had the hot chocolate waffles and they were awesome! I ordered the brie chicken sandwich and soup and the flavors were awesome.

My new favorite restaurant!! The lady Natasha working there was so friendly and the entire menu was gf!! Pancakes and waffles were excellent as was the avocado toast. We drove from SLC for breakfast and it is well worth the drive.

Wow wow wow wow. Loved this place! There’s literally nothing better than a dedicated gluten free facility. I got the bacon egg avocado sandwich and it was so good! The bread didn’t taste gluten free to me! Loved it. Absolutely loved it!

Fraiche is so incredibly delicious! Not many times can you order a healthy gluten free meal and it actually taste good, But Fraiche has proven me wrong! Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is incredible. The employees are always so happy and willing to make everyone experience the best.

Such a beautiful GF cafe! So nice to have this as an option and know the food is clean, healthy, and satisfying! I love the avacado and egg sandwich on GF sourdough bread! So delicious! And the fresh pressed juice, smoothies, and coffee beverages are amazing!

??!?! Ummm YES PLEASE! Fraiche is all my eatings needs and dreams rolled into one magical place! Quality ingredients that definitely have tastebuds screaming for joy after every bite. It's re-FRAICHe-ing to find a place of this caliber that can offer me more than just salad. The pancakes are TO DIE for and the green goddess sandwich leaves you speechless. Just have time for a quick snack ? Grab the coconut custard! or maybe stay for a minute and and grab a smoothie or juice :)

Did I mention everything is made to order and from scratch ? SO it definitely is FRAICHE! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. They got you covered from you morning coffee until your late afternoons snacks! Happy Eating!

The food was excellent. The watermelon no-jito was to die for. The egg avocado sour dough sandwich was delicious. It's totally gluten free facility. It's a must to come to. Hard to find so call and get directions.

Literally everything was gluten free! I chose gluten free pancakes with blueberries. A gf first dining out in all my years. My wife who can eat gluten said it was the best gf bread ever. Just heard the menu will change in the September, check out the menu online. Beautiful scenery. Friendly staff. Nice to have another gluten free option!
