Very attentive staff walked me through the buffet line and discussed the cross contamination potential and cooking technique used for each dish. I was able to eat most items, and they were very clear about everything that contained gluten. The great part was the food being delicious and authentic.
I order delivery from here really frequently and I have never had an adverse reaction. Nothing is really marked on the menu, so I stick to known dishes and avoid anything fried. The sit-down restaurant is really nice and the staff is very attentive.
