all crepes can be made gf and they are so good!
I am a regular of cafe javasti for gf pastries and crepes. They have lots of gluten free pastries that are completely safe to eat including my favorite monster cookie. They are also able to make ALL their crepes - sweet or savory - with buckwheat batter (It is not on a separate crepe pan so if you are really sensitive to cross contamination, be sure to mention it so they can take the proper measures)
Delicious buckwheat crepes! If you let them know you have celiac, they will clean the cooking surface before making your gluten free crepe.

They have buckwheat crepes but unfortunately it’s prepared on the same surfaces. Not celiac safe.
Had reaction afterwards. The crepes was also extremely salty. Not going back.
