Absolutely one of my favorite gluten-free spots to eat in Austin. They do not have a separate gluten-free menu but the staff is extremely knowledgeable and will check with the chef to all orders. The food is also quite delicious and the staff is always extremely friendly.
Yes
Pricey for small portions, good food. Beware it is a fancier type of place... not t shirt and shorts like we were in 🙃
2/3 of the regular menu is or can be made GF. If you are sensitive avoid the Estrella Daura, it strictly speaking is not GF according to US law (it's made with barley with the gluten removed). Google the name for explanation. The food is good, typical of southern France and Spain. All entrees under $20, all wines under $10. Server Jessica knowledgeable and very good. Inside is noisy. Get a reservation if you want to sit outside, much quieter.
Extensive GF menu. We did not feel deprived at ALL. Portions are normal, not gigantic, so some people may feel they are small. But we were quite satisfied, and our two little girls (admittedly, they have broad palates), ate every bit of the food we gave them. They even had a lovely dessert option. Yay!
Fairly expensive relative to quality.
