Ordered a Shirley temple and had to ponder for a few on what I wanted. I called in advance to see if they can make dishes gluten free for someone with celiac’s disease. The Chef said they have gluten free breads and for the fish, instead of breading the fish they’d just sear it in a pan with some olive oil. So I had the Snapper, side of rice, green beans, and a side salad. It was all super tasty! The snapper was absolutely perfect! I’d go back again! I didn’t feel sick that night or the next day. I was super stuffed and super happy with my selection.
