A little cafe inside TKMax. Staff trained and aware of GF issues. Friendly and helpful with it. They were able to offer any of their normal sandwich fillings inside gluten free bread. And to prepare them freshly as toasties too. The fillings were a spectrum of choices which were gluten free with the exception of one with a non gf barbecue sauce.
