Tiny, 50-seat restaurant focused exclusively on Southwest food using fresh, locally sourced, GMO-free food. The tiny kitchen made me apprehensive, but I'm glad I took the risk. Corn flour tortillas and fresh-made dishes meant about 25% to 30% of the menu were available to eat without accommodations. Everything was delicious. If they could find space in their kitchen for a dedicated fryer, the tortilla chips would be an option as well. Reasonably priced.
