The pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese buns) are gluten free as are a few other items on the menu. It is not a gluten free facility. They recommend you toast the PDQ which I did but she placed them open in a toaster oven which may have been used to heat gluten items (unclear). They were very tasty but I recommend you ask lots of questions to be sure it's safe for you.
