Review of Cafe ProFusion

These folks really know about gluten free. Not only is all of their food gluten free, the entire facility is gluten free. And, the food is delicious. The butternut squash soup was excellent and the mango sorbet was to die for. The pot roast was very good and I am looking forward to going back for the ribs. Highly recommend this restaurant for those with celiac or gluten intolerance. Even got a lot of tidbits and advice for eating and cooking gluten free.
